s.o._(E)._ In exercise of the powers conferred by section 454 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 20’13) read with the Companies (Adjudication of Penalties) Rules, 2014, the Central Govemment hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published uide number S.O.831 (E), dated the 24th March, 2015, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 5 for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely,-
| 5 | “Registrar of Companies-cumOfficial Liquidator, fammu | Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union territory of Ladakh’ |
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 3l”t october, 2019.
